Inspection-The Manufacturing of Steel Tubular Poles
Final inspection for steel monopole, steel tube pole, and steel tubular tower covers geometric dimensions (length, diameter, wall thickness, flange flatness), NDT reports of welds, galvanized coating thickness and appearance. Each steel pole is marked with a unique ID and accompanied by a certificate of inspection (including material traceability number, welding procedure qualification number, and NDT report number). Optional mechanical property verification (tensile, impact tests) is performed as required by the customer. All data are recorded in a quality management system to ensure full lifecycle traceability.
