UHV power transmission is the most advanced power transmission technology in the world, and is one of the key links in China's "carbon neutral" strategy. The development of high-efficiency, high-precision, low-cost laser undercutting and hole-making technology has become the most urgent need of the current transmission tower manufacturing industry! Using laser cutting solution, the cutting slit is narrow, high precision, good surface quality, can realize common edge cutting undercutting, nesting is tighter than traditional plasma cutting, etc., and the utilization rate of plate is increased by 2%-5% (industry data). For the annual output of about 100,000 tons of tower manufacturing enterprises, the use of two 10,000-watt laser cutting equipment can process more than 50 tons of iron plate per day, is expected to reduce energy consumption by 50%, reducing existing production costs by 15%; but also significantly reduce labor, only 4-6 workers can complete the work of the past 20 people.


Laser cutting with high precision, good section quality, clean environmental protection, energy saving and other advantages of the great popularity, is expected to further replace the replacement of traditional punching, shear, plasma undercutting and other traditional processes in the future.
