In manufacturing steel monopole, steel tube pole, and steel tubular tower, four high-power fiber laser cutters (12kW–20kW) together with plasma cutting equipment (max thickness 80mm) achieve blanking tolerances of ±0.5mm. Flange plates are drilled by CNC gantry drilling machines with hole diameter tolerance H14 (≤±0.3mm), capable of processing steel plates up to 80mm thick. Laser cutting speed up to 8 m/min greatly improves blanking efficiency while reducing the heat-affected zone, ensuring precise alignment of flanges with the tube body.
