Communication Steel Pole
Communication Steel Pole(Telecom Tower, Radio Tower, Microwave Tower )
A communication steel pole (or telecom monopole) is a tapered, single-shaft structure used to support antennas for 4G/5G networks, microwave links, and two-way radio systems.
Unlike power poles, it carries no high-voltage electricity. Typical heights range from 15m to 50m.
It is made of high-strength steel (Q355, ASTM A572, or S355JR) and features a polygonal or round cross-section with flanged connections.
Communication poles can hold multiple antenna platforms (2–4 levels) and often include internal cable ladders for coaxial and fiber optic cables.
Compared to lattice towers, monopoles require much less land, install faster, and look cleaner.
All poles are hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461, ASTM A123, or GB/T 13912 for 40+ years of corrosion protection.
We manufacture to customer drawings or provide full design services based on height, antenna load, and wind conditions.
