For steel monopole, steel tube pole, and steel tubular tower, sectional steel poles (single section length ≤14m) are 3D pre-assembled on a dedicated assembly platform. Checks include flange gap between adjacent sections (≤0.5mm), misalignment (≤1.5mm), and overall straightness (≤5mm per 10m length). Bolt hole fit is verified by GO/NO-GO gauges (100% GO pass), ensuring first-time success of field installation and avoiding rework.
